If so there is a section of the sleeve that is cut out from top to bottom. There is a what looks like a metal burr on the wall of the carb. It is for aligning the sleeve so it slides into the carb properly. If this is not aligned right that burr could have the sleeve jammed up. Kingquad 400 FS.

I have a 1997 king quad 4x4 300. When i first bought it it ran fine and now it will not. When I start it, it ideals fine and then when i give it gas it will do good for about 4 seconds and then it bogs down.
